What do I need to register a new company (Pty Ltd)?

We handle CIPC company registrations swiftly. To ensure your registration is not rejected, please email the following documents to hello@digitalxagency.io:

  • Certified ID/Passport: A clear, certified COLOUR copy of your SA ID or Passport (Certified within the last 3 months).
  • 4 Proposed Names: List 4 names in order of preference (e.g., 1. MyCorp, 2. MyCorp SA, etc.). CIPC will test them against the database.
  • Contact Details: Your email address and cellphone number.
  • Residential Address: Your current physical home address.
  • Business Address: The physical address of the business (can be the same as residential).

Tip: Ensure the ID copy is scanned clearly. Photos taken with a phone on a bed/table are often rejected by CIPC if they are blurry or have shadows.

When are invoices generated and due?

Monthly Services: Invoices for hosting, SEO retainers, and VoIP are automatically generated on the 25th of each month. Payment is due on the 1st of the following month via Debit Order or EFT.

Project Milestones: For custom web design builds, we typically require a 50% deposit to commence work and the remaining 50% upon completion (before the site goes live). Strict Net 7 payment terms apply to project invoices.

My website is down. What do I do?

First, check if your internet connection is working properly. If other sites load but yours doesn't, follow these steps:

  1. Clear Cache: Clear your browser cache or try opening the site in Incognito Mode.
  2. Check Mobile Data: Try accessing the site from your phone using mobile data (disconnect from Wi-Fi). If it works on mobile data but not Wi-Fi, your IP address might be blocked by our firewall due to failed login attempts.
  3. Log a Ticket: If it is still down, please log a High Priority ticket immediately here: Log Ticket.
