We watched small businesses get handed consumer-grade solutions by vendors who didn't understand their needs, overcharged by IT companies that solved problems reactively, and left exposed by fragmented technology setups with no single owner.
We built Digitalx to fix that. Today we serve 150+ SMEs across Cape Town and the Western Cape with fully managed, enterprise-grade technology packages at SME-appropriate price points.
